Booking and scheduling

A shoot is confirmed once we confirm a date and time with you, or you approve an estimate. You’re responsible for having permission to photograph the property and for making sure it’s ready and accessible at the booked time. We may reschedule for unsafe weather or conditions, and we’ll work with you to find the next good slot. Rescheduling and cancellation follow the policy in our FAQ or your estimate.

Drone flights

Aerial work is flown under FAA rules for commercial drone pilots. We may limit, move or cancel a flight because of airspace restrictions, weather, people or traffic nearby, or anything else that would make it unsafe or unlawful. When that happens we’ll offer another date or adjust the price for what we couldn’t deliver.

Payment

Prices are as listed on our site or in your estimate. Unless your estimate says otherwise, payment is due on delivery or by the invoice due date. We may hold delivery or future bookings while an invoice is past due.

Who owns the photos, and how you can use them

• We keep the copyright in all photos, video and aerials we create.
• Once the invoice is paid, you get a non-exclusive license to use the delivered files to market the property they show, in listings, on the MLS, on websites and social media, and in print, for as long as you market or represent that property.
• You may not sell the files, give them to another agent, builder or company to use for their own marketing, or use them for anything else, without our written permission. Ask us; we’re usually happy to license them.
• We may show the work in our own portfolio and marketing. We leave out house numbers, people and personal items wherever we can, and if you or the owner ask us not to show a property, we won’t.

Your client account

Keep your sign-in email private, and tell us if someone else gets access. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. We may pause access for misuse.

Using this website

Don’t misuse the site: no copying our work, scraping, trying to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours, or interfering with how it runs. The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with a shoot that’s our fault, we’ll reshoot or refund the affected part of the job. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales or commissions, and our total responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law and changes
